Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide the specific services outlined in the package purchased by the Client, which may include credit consulting, CPN/SCN profile building, authorized user tradelines, credit repair, and related financial consulting services. The exact scope of services is defined by the package selected at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. The Company will not begin processing a client's file until payment has been received and confirmed.

3. No Refunds / No Cancellations

All sales are final. The Client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances and that once a package is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. The Company begins allocating resources and personnel to each client file immediately upon receipt of payment.

4. Client Obligations

• The Client agrees to provide all required documentation and information in a timely manner.
• The Client agrees to use all services, documents, and profiles in full compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
• The Client agrees not to engage in any fraudulent activity using any information, profile, or documents provided by the Company.
• The Client understands that results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual circumstances.

5. Timelines

Estimated timelines provided for each package are approximations only. The Company will make every effort to complete services within the stated timeframe, but actual timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, third-party processing times, and other factors outside the Company's control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. The Company will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the contracted services.

7. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee specific credit scores, loan approvals, or financial outcomes. All services are provided for consulting and educational purposes. The Client is solely responsible for how they use the information and services provided.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
